How can I track my order?

To track special orders purchased at a Tripcraft store or ordered on, enter your order number into our Order Tracker. Your order number is located in the upper right-hand corner of your special order contract or order confirmation email. It consists of four letters followed by eight numbers; you must enter the entire order number, including the four letters.

Are there additional fees or costs that I should be aware of?

In some cases, certain items may require an additional, nonrefundable processing fee. This is a small fee that covers packaging and handling of your order. This will be reflected in your total when you check out.

How do I view and print my online order confirmation?

After you complete the order process, on the order confirmation page there is a 'View Printer Friendly' link that enables you to view and print your online order confirmation for your records. This link is located on the left side of the page under the transaction ID, register number and date.

When will I receive my order?

You can expect to receive your items one to two weeks after you place your order; however some items may take longer to arrive. We ask that you please take into account processing and shipping time when you place your order. Please view our Shipping Information page for more details.

When will I be billed for my order?

You are billed for your order the day you place your order. Once you have received an order confirmation email, your card has been charged.

Who can I contact if I have questions about my order?

You may contact our Online Guest Service Representatives if you have questions about your order or about the website in general. When contacting us please include your full order number, with the four letters before the eight numbers, the full name the order was placed under and a detailed description of the issue or situation.

How can I cancel or modify my order?

To cancel or modify your order please contact our Online Guest Service Representatives with your request. However, we cannot guarantee that your request to modify or cancel your order will be granted.

Can I have my order delivered from a Tripcraft store to my home?

If you chose to have your order shipped to a store and you would like it delivered from the store to your home, you may do so for an additional fee. You will need to contact the store's Delivery Coordinator to set up a delivery. Please use our Store Locator to find contact information for specific stores.

What forms of payment are accepted for orders? accepts the Tripcraft BIG Card, Tripcraft Contractor Card, Tripcraft Commercial Card, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Debit Cards (when used as a credit card). We do not accept checks, cash or money orders.

Why should I add concealed wrapping to my order?

Add weather-resistant black concealment wrapping to your order for $5. Standard shipping may reveal the retail packaging making this service ideal for the gift-giving season to both conceal and protect your purchase for the ultimate surprise on the big day! In the event of a return the black concealment wrapping is a non-refundable service.

What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact our Online Guest Service Representatives within three days of receiving the item. We will assist you in returning the damaged item and providing a replacement.

How can I be sure about the color or texture of an item before I place an order on is committed to providing the most accurate and detailed product pictures on our site. However, we cannot guarantee how accurately your monitor will display colors due to variances in monitor settings. For your convenience and peace of mind we provide free swatch samples and the option to view product images at a larger size. These options allow you to determine what color, beam and watt will work best for your project before you place an order on


Can I ship multiple items to separate addresses?

Yes, once you have selected your items and added them to your cart, select 'Begin Secure Checkout'. Each item will be listed with the dropdown menu of addresses displayed on the right side of your item. To change the addresses for individual products select 'Add Address' to enter the recipient's address. A screen will pop up with the form to fill out the desired address.

What are the shipping methods used for Tripcraft orders?

Based on the item, there may be selectable shipping methods available to expedite your delivery. These options will be presented at checkout. Not all shipping methods are available for all products. Orders placed with overnight shipping will be shipped as quickly as possible. Orders placed late in the day, after business hours, may be delayed and not shipped until the next morning.

Large package orders will be delivered via LTL shipping. Deliveries will be scheduled within a 4-hour window between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Guests will receive a phone call with an estimated time of arrival, usually within one hour of delivery. In most cases, the driver will do a curbside delivery and the Guest is responsible for getting the package safely inside. Unpacking, room placement, packaging removal and assembly are not included or offered.

What are the shipping destination options?

Your preferred shipping destination is where you would like your order delivered to, such as a street address or a local Tripcraft store. Ship to Home: Have your order shipped directly to your desired street address. We only ship to U.S street addresses; we will not ship to P.O boxes. Ship to Store: Select products can be shipped to a Tripcraft store for free and qualifying items state 'Ship to Store-Free!'. This shipping service is not available for all products and does not include delivery to your home from the Tripcraft store. Pickup at Store: Qualifying items on may have the option to 'Buy Online & Pickup at Store'. You will be emailed a confirmation once your order has been processed at the store and is ready for you to pick up.

Where can I find the shipping cost for an item?

The shipping cost for your order can be found on the shopping cart page near the top, under 'Shopping Cart Summary' and at the bottom, under 'Shipping Totals'. You may have to enter your shipping address into the 'Shipping Totals' section for a more accurate shipping rate. Entering your address does not require you to place the order.

What are the processing and shipping steps for online orders?

1. You purchase an order online using one of our accepted methods of payment: the Tripcraft BIG Card, Tripcraft Contractor card, Tripcraft Commercial Card, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Debit Cards (when used as a credit card).

2. Your order appears as 'On Order' meaning it is being processed by our warehouse for shipment.

3. Your order appears as 'Ready to Ship' and is processed and ready for shipping.

4. From here the order is 'In Transit' either to a store, if you chose 'Ship to Store' or to your home for delivery.

5. The final steps include arrival at the store for pickup or delivery to your home depending on whether you had it shipped to the store or to your home. Please view our Shipping Information page for more details.

How long does it take to process a 'Buy Online & Pick up at Store' order?

Tripcraft has no set or guaranteed amount of time that pulling and processing your order will take. We do assure you that your order will be pulled shortly after your order is made and you will be notified via email when your order is available for pickup.

When will my 'Buy Online & Pick up at Store' order be available?

Pick up at store orders are available only during normal store hours. If your order is placed when the store is closed or is about to close your order may not be processed until the next day. The automated followup email notification letting you know your order has been fully processed will let you know that your order is ready to be picked up.

How many days do I have to pick up my order?

You have 14 days to pick up your order. If you do not pick up your order before the 14th day, your order will be cancelled and your account will be refunded with the exception of a 10% storage and handling fee.

What do I need to bring with me to pick up my order?

Please print and bring a copy of your Order Pick Up Slip, which is attached to the bottom of the email notifying you that your order is ready to be picked up.

Where do I pick up my order?

You can go right into the store and pick your order up at the specialized and Special Order pickup location at the back of the store.

Can everything purchased online be picked up at the store?

No. Some items currently do not offer the option to buy online and pick them up at the store. This will be signified on the product detail page.

Is there a fee involved for 'Buy Online & Pick up at Store' orders?

Yes there is a processing fee. The 'Pick up at Store' option is a convenient service we provide that allows you to breeze through your day without missing out on our sales. This nonrefundable fee will ensure that your items are pulled from stock for pickup and that you are notified when your order is ready to be picked up.

What if I do not pick up my order?

Due to limited storage space we can only hold your 'Pick up at Store' order for up to 14 days. After 14 days the product(s) will be returned to the store's sales floor and your account will be credited back your purchase amount less a 10% storage and handling fee. Please also note that stock merchandise that is cut or altered will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Can 'Buy Online & Pick up at Store' orders be cancelled?

Once your order is 'In Process', it cannot be cancelled and must be returned. Please note that a 'Buy Online & Pickup at Store' order return will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please also note that stock merchandise that is cut or altered will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
