Description: 

Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. 


Responsibilities: 

Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Opens customer accounts by recording account information. Maintains customer records by updating account information. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Associates Degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience.

Minimum 2-4 years’ experience as a technical writer and/or generating assembly work instructions in a high volume manufacturing environment.

Highly proficient level of computer skills including MS Office products.



Department: Information Technologies 

Description: 

The successful candidate must be energetic and possess self-motivation and time-management skills to simultaneously handle multiple projects and independently research/resolve technical issues. A strong candidate should be able to provide good support throughout the organization and the ability to train employees of tripcraft Industries using Microsoft Dynamics NAV.


 Responsibilities: 

Maintaining Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision product base. Managing security for NAV. Experience integrating NAV with Jet reports to support to end users. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written and be able to comfortably work with all levels in the organization. Document processes and train employees on use of Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Troubleshoot bug issues and report issues to management and VAR. Working directly with VAR to manage custom reporting requirements. Managing the VAR to completion of Work Authorizations. 


Skill Set: 

Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time in front of a computer. Ability to work both as part of a team or independently Strong attention to detail. Strong interpersonal communication skills. 


Qualifications: 

3 to 5 years relevant technical experience.
